Rise UP Mental Health Sanctuary was founded with a mission to treat the individual—not just the diagnosis—by addressing the underlying challenges that place young adults on a path toward destruction, imprisonment, or death.

Today, that mission is advanced through Trey’s Legacy Education Fund by investing in education, mentorship, leadership development, and community partnerships that create pathways to hope and opportunity
